We are based in Strathmore, Alberta, and we deliver clean, stackable moving totes right to your door across the region. Strathmore is our home, so Strathmore gets free delivery and free pickup, every time, with no minimum order. For every other town we serve, delivery is one simple flat rate based on your zone, so you know your price before you book, with no surprise math at checkout. If you are not sure which zone you are in, or you are outside our named areas, text us anytime and we will sort it out for you fast.
We deliver moving totes across Strathmore, Langdon, Carseland, Lyalta, Standard, Chestermere, Nightingale, Calgary, Airdrie, Okotoks, Irricana, Beiseker, Hussar, Gleichen, Rockyford, Rosebud, Cochrane, High River, and Drumheller. Plus every acreage, hamlet, and farm in between.
Tier 1: Strathmore. Free.
Strathmore is our home. Free delivery. Free pickup. Every time. No minimum order.
Tier 2: Langdon, Carseland, Lyalta, Standard, Chestermere, Nightingale, Rockyford.
Anything 15 to 25 minutes from Strathmore.
Delivery: $25. Pickup: $25. Round trip total: $50.
Tier 3: Calgary, Airdrie, Irricana, Beiseker, Hussar, Gleichen.
The mid ring.
Delivery: $60. Pickup: $60. Round trip total: $120.
Tier 4: Cochrane, Okotoks, High River, Drumheller.
The outer ring.
Delivery: $80. Pickup: $80. Round trip total: $160.
Anything past that, including Bassano, Vulcan, Bragg Creek, and Diamond Valley? Send us a postal code. We will quote it within 24 hours.
What your delivery fee really buys you.
Here is the honest math. That fee is not a tax on the totes. It is the price of never touching a rental truck. No gas run. No trailer hitch. No four trips. No lifting. No favors to call in. We load them, we drive them to your door, and we come back for them when you are done. You spend that time packing, or resting, or being with your family, instead of hauling. For most people, that trade is the easiest yes of the whole move.
Every fee covers our fuel and the time it takes to load, deliver, and return your totes. That is it. No fuel surcharge. No hidden add-on. The number you see is the number you pay.

How Delivery Works
After you place your order, you have 7 days to pay a refundable $200 damage deposit, and it must be paid before your totes are delivered. You can pay it right at checkout or through a link we send you. It is not a fee and it is not extra profit. It simply protects your totes against damage or loss while they are in your care, and it comes right back to your card after your totes are returned in good shape. Please note the deposit is paid by credit card only, so we can refund it to you quickly and automatically. Full details are in our rental agreement.
Delivery Times

Most movers are used to the worst kind of waiting. A company tells you they will come “sometime between noon and five,” and you lose your whole afternoon sitting by the window. Not here. You get a one-hour window, locked in when you book, and we aim to be there at the very start of it.
Here is when we run:
Monday to Friday: 3 PM to 7 PM
Saturday: 12 PM to 5 PM
Sunday: 8 AM to 4 PM
You pick your day and your one-hour window right on the calendar. The slot you see is the slot you get. No phone tag. No callback. No “we will let you know.” What is open is what is real, live on the screen, the moment you book.
Some weeks we open extra daytime slots, mornings and afternoons, depending on the schedule. Open the calendar to see exactly what is live for your move date.
Once your delivery is booked, you pick the day and time for us to come get your empty totes, whenever it works best for you.

On delivery day, we pull up inside your one-hour window and set your totes right where you want them, front step or garage, so you can start packing the minute we drive away.
Pickup Day
On pickup day, we come back inside your one-hour window and take the empty totes off your hands, so returning them is never something you have to think about.

Most movers are used to losing a whole afternoon waiting on a truck that shows up “sometime.” Not here. We deliver and pick up seven days a week, and when you book, you choose a specific one-hour window instead of a vague half-day guess.
Monday: 3 PM to 7 PM
Tuesday: 3 PM to 7 PM
Wednesday: 3 PM to 7 PM
Thursday: 3 PM to 7 PM
Friday: 3 PM to 7 PM
Saturday: 12 PM to 5 PM
Sunday: 8 AM to 4 PM
Need a time outside these hours? Text us before you book, and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it work. These are our typical hours and may shift now and then when the schedule calls for it, but the window you lock in is the window we keep.
Easy Pick-Up Process
The Easy Pickup Process
When your last box is unpacked, the hard part is behind you, and your pickup is already handled. You chose your one-hour window back at checkout, so all that’s left is to make sure you or someone you trust is there to hand off the empties during that hour. Stack the empty totes by your door or leave them in the garage, and we take it from there. If your plans shift, just log back in and pick a new time that works better.

Choose Self Pickup at checkout, skip the delivery fee and the pickup fee both, and load your totes straight into your vehicle right here in Strathmore, we send you the exact address and your window the moment you book.
Tier 2 movers keep $50. Tier 3 keeps $120. Tier 4 keeps $160.
